Yogurt

I am really bummed. I just realized that my yoplait yogurt that I have been eating for years has to much sugar. When I went grocery shopping I read all the different labels & couldnt find one that didnt have some type of sugar substance in it. I was wondering what brand you eat? Thanks

i'm boring when it comes to yogurt - i like plain, non-fat and then add either some frozen blue berries or frozen peaches (unless they're in season,) or sweeten with Agave which is like honey only has a really low glycemic index. it takes a little more effort but it's worth it to me. the other thing i do is i shred a peeled cucumber and mix it with a cup of yogurt, a teaspoon of agave and a pinch of salt. it is a more savory yogurt alternative!

I love Stoneyfield's Greek Yogurt. It's flavored with honey and is so much healthier than Yoplait or Dannon. I use plain yogurt when I make smoothies. Make sure you avoid yogurt that contains fake sweetners, as those are terrible for your health.
